Concrete practice to achieve the expected goal: This protocol should help companies to monitor their current standard of community outreach performance on a regular basis by monitoring the following four performance indicators: 1. Community of interest (COI) identification, 2. Effective COI engagement and dialogue, 3. COI response mechanism, 4. Reporting. This includes special notes relating to Sami and reindeer husbandry
