Challenge the practice is addressing: The practice introduces a Stakeholder Engagement Protocol which is meant to help with establishment of close day-to-day working connections to potential future customers, collaborators or investors of UNEXMIN project’s final product and UNEXMIN technology.

Concrete practice to achieve the expected goal: UNEXMIN's Stakeholder mobilisation strategy covers four phases: 1) Stakeholder identification – The relevant individual companies, institutions, and organisations are identified and categorised for tailored communication. The first contact is established to initiate an active stakeholder network. 2) Survey of individual stakeholder requirements - The questionnaire is sent out to provide a detailed overview of the technical demands of different stakeholder groups. 3) Extension of the stakeholder network - Following the initial identification and the establishment of the stakeholder network, the consortium will further extend the stakeholder network by actively interacting with potential customers, collaborators or investors along the active participation on conferences, exhibitions and other events. 4) Technology brokerage event/UX-1 presentation - The scope will be communicating the capabilities of the UX-1 robot supported by relevant consortium members and the survey services provided by the newly formed company. The Deliverable provides an email template for establishing a first contact with a stakeholder, a stakeholder categorisation scheme and a schematic summary of the UNEXMIN stakeholder mobilisation strategy.

Expected impact/goal of the practice: The establishment of well-functioning relationships with potential future customers, partners and investors.

Who is the target user group of the practice/intervention or implementing the practice/intervention? This practice is intended for project partners. The strategy can be implemented by other projects or by the industry representatives.
